TALES OF THE CLYDESDALES

What a Great Experience, as we step back in time beginning with a brief history of the Cyldesdale breed mixed with plenty of wonderful & interesting stories of how they got into heavy horses.

They would plough fields, take families to church & snigg logs during the consruction of many of our early settlements.

Following then a live demonstration on what these gentle giants can do in the round yard which includes the famous "join-up" working with long reins.

SYDNEY HARBOUR TALL SHIPS & GOAT ISLAND

Enjoy a leisurely trip to Sydney where we board one of Sydney's Tall Ships on a voyage across Sydney Harbour to Goat Island.

Upon arrival we will walk in the footsteps of some of Australia's early Convicts, hear the fascinating tails of punishment, death and escapes, on an easy 1 hour 30 minute walking tour of the island, visiting an early 1800's Military Gunpowder Magazine, Soldiers Barracks and Sydney's oldest Water Police Station.

Upon departure we enjoy a catered Lunch and a glass of Champagne whilst cruising past some of the wealthiest suburbs of Australia.

Sydney Zoo is also the only combined zoo and aquarium in NSW, and boasts the largest Reptile & Nocturnal House in the world!
