Broken Hill is abound with early history. Discovered by Thomas Mitchell, followed by Charles Sturt, then early pastoralists proved non-viable and were bought by cattle barons like Sidney Kidman. There ore deposits discovered in the 1880's proved to be the richest and largest ore body in the world. The rest is history!
Along with this we visit White Cliffs, Menindee Lake and Kinchega National Park, Wentworth and the Sunraysia district, travelling home via the Riverina.
